  1. Structuring a new revenue generating vertical within your established business. Beyond your core line of activity there could be several other complementary add-ons which could significantly increase your overall profitability (e.g. After sales, digital services, etc.).

Customer: European OEM Industrial player / Machinery manufacturer

Size: Medium, 200 MEUR annual revenues

Project: Initiated, structured, and developed their Global After Sales / Customer Care business.

Highlights: This required bringing together various functions from within the company - technical, commercial, and management - as well as external legal assistance. We grew spare parts sales +10% YoY, maintenance services +60% over 2 years, and delivered the overall blueprint which allowed the client to continue independently (legal framework and business model) across all of their 7 entities in Europe, North America, and Asia. 

Customer: European Industrial Automation player

Size: Small, 25 MEUR annual revenues

Project: Researched, coordinated, and developed a new business vertical focused on an emerging energy market trend.

Highlights: This required gathering business intelligence to determine which technology trends to follow and then coordinating between the internal stakeholders - technical, and management - and potential customers, to develop a new product which would cater to an emerging market segment in the energy industry, with the objective of securing an early market presence and competitive advantage across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Oceania.

Customer: European Hi-tech robotics and UAV system integrator

Size: Scale-up, 3 MEUR annual revenues

Project: Develop customer base, primarily across Europe.

Highlights: Scouted potential customers, harnessed various personal networks and secured highly coveted projects in Southern and Eastern Europe.
